According to human rights advocates from Setevye Svobody, minor Mikhail Podolyak from Novosibirsk made shared a post about the murder of civilians during the seizure of the Zaporozhye NPP in his Telegram channel. Experts came to the conclusion that Podolyak's post had not contained any statements, but only a call to discuss the news. Therefore, the Central Court of Novosibirsk dismissed the case.

The Investigating Committee decided to terminate the case against the resident of Nizhny Novgorod, because the video was posted "before the Ministry of Defense released the official denial of the events in the cities of Irpen and Bucha."
