Blogger Denis Verkashantsev, inspired by Yevgeny Prigozhin's vision of establishing a "second front" against corruption and embezzlement, attempted to organize a rally alongside Wagner PMC supporters. However, the administration of Orenburg declined his request, citing the operational staffs’ guidelines that prohibit open-air events until they are specifically authorized.

"Opening a second front to combat internal adversaries, namely corruption and embezzlement, holds great significance. Yevgeny Prigozhin remains the lone voice within the country advocating for this cause. We will seek legal clarification regarding the city administration's position and the regulations it relies upon," the blogger said to 7x7.

Verkashantsev intends to challenge the city administration's decision in court.

In response to the news of the rally's rejection in Orenburg, Prigozhin stated that he had not put forth any official initiatives and anticipated that the authorities would not permit such gatherings. During a meeting in Yekaterinburg on May 26, Prigozhin said that his new project, “Wagner PMC. Second Front,” was aimed to collaborate with the media to combat those who "seek to manipulate public opinion."
