Russian citizens returning to Kaliningrad Oblast after living abroad will receive a one-time payout of 32,000 rubles (approximately 340 USD), as announced by Governor Anton Alikhanov.
The authorities have also promised to cover documented expenses associated with 'social adaptation,'В such as medical examinations and recognition of education, academic degrees, and qualifications obtained abroad.
